Strengthening ICW-Kenya's Sturctural Systems to Implement Its strategic plan

The Open Society initiative in East Africa (OSIEA) awarded The International Community of Women Living with HIV – Kenya Chapter (ICWK) a funding grant in the year 2019 for a two year period.  The purpose of the grant was to strengthen its institutional structures and be able to implement its three year strategic plan and effectively engage at different levels through the implementation of the strategic plan.   

 

Objectives of ICWK’s three year strategic plan are; 

  1. To increase access and uptake of HIV/AIDS services by WLHIV including (PMTCT and SRHR)
  2. To create an enabling environment for WLHIV to live dignified and quality life
  3. Strengthening structural systems of ICWK.
